Krista Bessinger

Krista serves as the Head of Investor Relations (IR) for Genpact, where she plays a pivotal role in the development, execution, and oversight of a comprehensive, strategic IR program.

Prior to joining Genpact in 2023, Krista held prominent positions in the IR and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) departments for Twitter. During her tenure at Twitter, she led the company through its initial public offering and led the IR and ESG functions for over nine years, a period culminating in the company's acquisition in 2022.

Prior to joining Twitter, Krista spent five years at Google, where she led the IR team and served as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for YouTube. She also worked as a sell-side research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering the Internet and software sectors, and as a buy-side research analyst at Amerindo Investment Advisors, where she generated long-only ideas for a family of mutual funds and sponsored late-stage private equity investments, eventually serving as an observer on the boards of six private companies.

Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Smith College, with a major in cultural anthropology and a concentration in the history and social study of science and technology.
